Savage Grace

Savage Grace was a speed metal band from Los Angeles, California, Formed by Chris Logue and Brian East (Aka "The Beast") (from the Pacific Northwest Band Allybrat) active from 1981 through 1993.
Their original name was "Marquis de Sade", named after the French aristocrat of the same name who also lent his name to the word sadist. They would later change their name to Savage Grace. While still Marqus de Sade, their first demos were recorded with Ozzy Osbourne's guitarist Randy Rhoads' brother Kelli on vocals. On Metal Massacre II in 1982, with the song "Scepters of Deceit". Dwight Cliff is heard on vocals.
The first album EP "The Dominatress" was recorded with Logue on guitar, Beast on bass, Dan Finch on drums, new singer John Birk on vocals and new guitarist Kenny Powell on guitar(who would leave to form the metal band Omen.
